He has developed deep expertise in the analysis, feasibility assessment and financing mechanics of rights issues, capital increases and special situation transactions, providing research and operational support to investment managers.
David holds a Master of Science in finance from ESCP EAP Paris (France) and a Master's in applied sciences from Université Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris VI, France).
